Delivery to Europe, EEA, USA, Canada £11.99 - Rest of the world £24.99

Should there be any delay on the item/s you have ordered, we will advise you of this.
We aim to despatch orders within 1 working day (Monday - Friday). Despatch within the UK is usually by Royal Mail First Class 'Signed For' or fedex for larger orders. For Europe and EEA allow up to 3 - 5 days for delivery to USA allow 2-5 days.
NB: All customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes in the country of receipt.
Company invoices come with a declaration of origin therefore, if applicable, reduces or exempts the import duties.

Returns Policy
Marlín Birna Ltd must be notified, within seven days of receipt, of any item to be return. Please email us at info@marlinbirna.com stating the reason for the return and please quote your invoice/order number.

You may return an item in it's original condition, and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be returned in the original packaging, in as new condition, as sent from us and must be adequately packaged. Badly packaged items or items damaged in transit may be refused. Please note we are not responsible for the postage cost to return the item unless the item was sent in error or is deemed by us to be faulty. Items are advised to be sent back by a trackable means as we are not responsible for the item until it is back in our possession.

If you have ordered an item or quantity in error, we will accept the item back as long as it has not been opened, used or damaged. You are liable for return postage costs for the item(s) back to us. Upon return of the item(s) to us we will issue a refund minus the initial delivery charge.

Our jewellery is warranted as being suitable for the purpose for which it is designed under fair wear and tear. Our liability under this warranty will be limited to the replacement or full credit of an item of jewellery deemed by us to be faulty providing that these faults have not been caused by misuse, negligent handling or improper care of the goods.
